Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account credential security and activities conducted through your account.

You may ask to close an account by contacting us. Closing an account does not remove obligations that arose before closure, including any unpaid amounts or restrictions required to protect the service.
Billing

Unless a mandatory law says otherwise, fees are due as shown at checkout and are non-refundable after the applicable purchase has been completed. Cancelling a recurring plan stops future charges but does not ordinarily reverse charges already incurred.
Taxes, currency conversion charges, and payment-provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method. We do not control these third-party charges. Where a refund or cancellation right is required by law, that law applies.

Flag Game is provided for learning and entertainment. Identification results, explanations, and confidence labels may be incomplete or incorrect and are not professional, historical, legal, or political advice. Please independently verify information before relying on it for an important decision.
Intellectual property
The service, its design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes, but may not copy, resell, scrape, or reverse engineer it except where the law permits.
